Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy before registering:

  • Cancellations made by September 19th (one week before the clinic start date) are non-refundable, but 50% of the payment may be applied to a future clinic.

  • Missed clinic days for any reason are non-refundable, no exceptions.
